Abstract: If we centred love as the most crucial value, as it is the basis of all types of religions, life must become better in every single second. Therefore, the most important criteria and hope at the same time is a clear conscience. Emphasizing with others, being aware of their individual needs, wishing them all the best and accepting their fundamental views should be regarded as the most worthwhile aim in life. The golden rule already meets the point: Don’t inflict harm to others as you don’t want to be harmed, either! Many of our influences on the planet are - without our will - already global. Hence we need to put the emphasis more on ecological and social consequences. The so called ‘global-wisdom’ could be an excellent tool to amplify one’s mind and become conscious of one’s own importance and influence worldwide. People are no longer just a part of nature; simply they ARE nature! In that case we must appreciate and save OUR nature. More detailed: I do believe in God, I am ethically-socially oriented, try to think in a logical, technical and realistic way, however do not exclude economy. The integrity of creation and life should be respected. An ethic lived in all aspects of life is the basis for a lifelong learning process for me. I have been sharing my values and thoughts on ‘www.findthebase.org’, lately. Hence Find The Base is one good support, however never complete. The way in life itself is to be found by everyone on their own. Whatever the fact, an ethical mental framework with love as the basis is inevitable. An overarching solution consists of combined thinking. Basic aspects in life are reached by unifying social, ecological, economic, political, ethical, spiritual,… ideas. They work together and are considered as one complete science itself. Inevitably single-sided views, no matter what the case, lead to problems. The aim is to find an overall solution. In most cases avoidance of difficulties is possible, moreover the solution itself. I claim that everyone is able to make a rough estimate on how our actions influence future generations. I am more than concerned if state-of-the art technology, politics and stock trading ignore human aspects and if decisions are only made to support economic interests. The main message is: humans need to live and survive, not the (economic)-system! Our aim is to work for an ethical and ecological social market economy in all aspects of life. There is great demand to diminish the gap between rich and poor. The richest one is the poorest one at the same time, and the poorest can be the richest one on earth, as well. Above all, the aim is to reach this state without violence. My job at the moment is to analyse several social and ecological difficulties and trying to reach an overall approach. One of my main objectives is to accomplish a sustainable lifestyle within realistic technological and economic aspects. These days we seem to be marionettes of the rich. The society tells us our future plans. Our lives are filled with work and consumerism; in turn we allow those who’ve got already lot’s of money to expand their wealth and power. Do we really want to abandon the right to live a life in freedom where we do not need to live up other’s expectations, however fulfil ourselves? Some of you would think my attitudes are childish or maybe even naive. Without enlarging on this wonderful ability to see the world through children’s eyes, I would like to illustrate the following: I am absolutely aware that it is necessary to differentiate between the ideal conception, the real conception and the real-factor human-being. The ideal conception is crucial as it tells us the way. However, it will never be reached; i.e. realistically the solution of the problem should be improved inasmuch as it is converging towards the ideal conception. In my attitude choosing this way in all aspects of life is our duty! Ethical discussions or pretences should be regarded very critically. No black or white respectively right or wrong would be appropriate. Even an ethical dilemma would be thinkable; a hundred percent solution, even just theoretically, never possible. Nevertheless I will try to do my best when guided by conscience and acquired knowledge; even if it remains an attempt as human beings are real factors and fallible. Still it is worth the effort! Global-wisdom enables necessary economic decisions within social and ecological limits. The ecologic footprint is the basis and provides a good tool to illustrate human’s demand of space for raw materials and compares it with the bio-productive space of our planet. This combined with our intellect tells us that every single decision must be taken within those limits! Therefore, every one of us who knows their own footprint can make an important impact – neutral and active! I stand up for a positive change and a „Good Life“ for all human beings. You are more than welcome to contact and join me! |
